Panda Express

Had wonderful customer service this evening, I hate how everything is slow here and that they run out of food too early in the night, BUT... today's visit was redeeming because the lady serving me actually greeted me, made sure I got fresh food and bid me farewell so so sweetly. If she was serving all the time, I'd be opt to return more often.

I always love the food at panda. The orange chicken is a delicacy. This particular one had a cashier who seemed eager to cut corners. She rounded our change up to a dollar (which isn’t terrible), but then proceeded to not give us any fortune cookies (also not terrible). Both things point to issues that probably run deeper than fortune cookies and cents.

Today I visited this location and I was literally impressed with the customer service. There is this guy Carlos, that has excellent customer service and super respectful. More employees like him… PLEASE. People who live in Memphis knows that customer service here failed. That’s why I am so impressed with his service.

I came here on a Friday for lunch, and the line was very long. However, the staff running the food line was very efficient and communicative with my order, making sure to get it to me as soon as more was ready. I ordered double orange chicken with chow mein, and everything was fresh and hot and tasty. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious, with several tables inside and outside.

BEST PANDA EVER! I usually will grab Panda Express from Winchester on my way home from work, but while I was on a Target run I decided to try this location. I ordered online (as I usually do) while shopping through Target, and arrived at the pick-up time. When I headed into the restaurant my order was ready to go! I grabbed my order and drove about 15 minutes back home, my food was still warm and fresh! Nothing was “too much”. All prepared so well, my box wasn’t even a mess! The Lo mien can often be too oily but this location nailed it. My only complaint would be that I didn’t receive my crab rangoons, but it was rush hour and I had ordered a lot so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Delicious and will be returning!
