The food was hot. The chicken was a little weird texture like they need to change their oil soon. The reason for 3⭐️on service... we got to the order box, and they said "were only taking online orders." We said okay and ordered online. This didn't seem off because we've had a lot of storms, so rolling outages. I assumed they just had one, and their systems were down for a min. We got to the window, and the girl said, "$9.??" and my husband said, "Huh? We ordered online." And she said,"Why didn't you say that at the order box?"... well, you just said only online orders, so there's that.. and she said, "Oh yeah..." 😒😂

Nowadays it takes 15 - 20 minutes to Get your drive - thru order taken and as long as that to get your food And it doesn't make it any difference What Krystal that you stop at ... For it to take 20 -25 minutes to get your order and leave is 25-30 minutes Long, too long for customers and a lot will give up and leave out of the line ... because they're tired of waiting I love your food but it's getting tiresome .... this goes for the Millington Krystal and the Krystal in Raleigh in Memphis,Tn ... if this doesn't change .. I going to stop being your customer forever ...

Usually, this location has had a negative reputation but recently, they improved the quality of service with a new approach to management and it shows in the quality of their food and how professional the employees are. Even though there are 2-4 employees working, they do a great job despite the lack of customers. I recommend this location if you want something quick to eat.

I'm giving this Krystals 5 stars . I had to pull around and wait but the food was fresh and hot when I recieved it . That's what we all expect/want right ? They didn't fail . Also like to add the young lady working the drive thru was very professional and polite . My visit was 6/20/22 - 630pm Keep up the good work !

It's so much better now! We were on a strike for a while but we went today and the food was hot and delicious; the manager was out in the lobby greeting everyone & suggesting items off the menu. Stephanie behind the counter was very courteous and helpful. Changes like these are what keeps people coming back for more! You guys are all stepping in the right direction. Great work everyone! We will be back very soon😁❤ Give these people a raise!👍🏽👏🏾
