Domino's Pizza

Great customer service! I inadvertently ordered from the location (distracted while ordering from the app), and when I called to cancel, it was handled very professionally. I probably deserved some difficulty (or at least I would have understood), but the associate I spoke to was very gracious and was quick to get my order canceled (after it was made, by the way). Much appreciated!

The staff here truly cares about their customers. They have excellent customer service, outstanding appearance to the store, and produce your order in a timely manner!! I drive out of my way to visit this location on a 3x/week basis. Go dominoes on poplar, you guys rock!! Keep up the great work and great service!!

I've always had the best experiences ordering from dominos! I have tried different pizza places, more than once but seem to always find my way back to dominos for one reason or another. The highland location has the quickest and fresh delivery service! The poplar location has the kindest employees with superior customer service. Keep up the great work!!

I tried ordering delivery from different restaurants after it started snowing on 12/22/22. Everyone refused to deliver except this Dominos. I believe the drivers name was Jared. Anyway, the pizza was delivered within 45 minutes, which is very impressive considering the conditions. It was also very good.

Ive been a customer for a long time. Order so much that we have a regular delivery driver which is so cool as well are senior citizens and our regular friendly delivery driver is at well. I spend a lot of money with them as my grandkids LOVE Domino’s as we do. Two issues over past 5 years which we’re resolved immediately! Items were left off my order on both occasions, he went back and brought them to me! The only complaint with this establishment is I spend minimum of 40-50 plus on each order which has resulted in several free pizzas and/or other reward items. Still I’ve yet too see the free surprise rewards with deliver that’s advertised in the media. We love and prefer you compared to the competitors, so, show an old lady some love, lol.
