The breakfast is always good. I usually get the breakfast scrambler. Sometimes the grits are a little too thick though. Other than that, no complaints.

Best Krystal I've been to in a long time!! Service usually stinks, and foos is sloppily prepared. But this location did an awesome job!! Told them I had deiven 750 miles for Krystals, and wanted them to be perfect! They delivered!! We had special-order Krystals--no onions and extra pickles--but still wamted them steamed. They took the time to do it right!! They did not disappoint!! Too often, Krystal disappoints this life-long fan. But not this time!

Charlene is one the best employees here! When she works the line moves fast, and the food is always hot! If there is ever an issue she takes care of it without ever having an attitude. She's rare compared to what other restaurants employ these days...

Just went through drive thru had a little bit of a wait but not a problem! Manager had to step away cook took our payment and over charged us for order behind us. Manager came and caught it did refund and gave us extra Krystal's for the trouble. Manager was super sweet and kind! I've been to many Krystal's on our trips through Tennessee every year and never had a good experience but this lady was on it kudos to her. As far as Krystal's corporate can't say the same you get automated replies and tell you to please call them when you have a horrible experience and nothing ever happens never call you back if you even get anyone. I don't recommend West Memphis at all they should be embarrassed to even have that store operating! Staff is rude hateful and offensive, store is filthy parking lot has pot holes the size of your vehicle.

The burgers are awesome. We get them when we travel because they don't have them in Texas. The fries are good also.

It's a typical Krystal but they don't have the chili cheese pups. They're on the menu but they always say they're "out"every time I go. I always go at night or early morning. If you want chili dogs, go somewhere else.
