I definitely enjoyed the food and the hospitality that was shown when I walked through the door. The attention to my order was a welcomed feel of southern comfort and cozy enough to sit back and eat right there.

This location must have new management because it is so much better. The attentiveness and speed of service has improved tremendously. I had given up on this location because it had gotten so... Unpleasant. I ran in last week out of sheer convenience, bracing myself to be annoyed, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both ladies greeted me with a smile and my order was ready on time (and accurate). I went in again today and sure enough, it was a nice experience. I'm hopeful this will be consistent.

I'm given a good review, because I went on BOGO free day. I still was dissatisfied with my Chicken Philly sandwich. The meat was dry and it was very sloppy. Overall this is my favorite Lenny's and I guess they were short staffed.

Shanika, took my order. She was great, politely asked that I take the online service. All she really did, was her job. It seems tough to find people like her these days. Especially where we live. Memphis, TN. As if a cloud of negativity looms above our city. It's all I know of my 44yrs here. I always have hope for Memphis, and Memphians.

Lenny's use to be the place to get your sub on,when I was working. They have taken all but four tables out. So there's no more dine in experience like it once was. But the subs are still fresh and healthy, and taste good. Just another establishment in the fabric of midtown Memphis.
