Chicken Salad Chick

Kayla at the register was so helpful. She allowed me to test samples and was very knowledgeable. The options to choose from did get me a tad nervous all bc I had not been there but thank goodness for samples lol. It wasn't packed and the food was fresh. The dining room was interesting but clean. The chicken salad was actually not bad. It wasn't sweet which I hate but like I said you can sample.

Recently had an order messed up at this location. I wasn't very happy about this but when I called the store to report this issue, the staff (specifically someone named Parker) was very apologetic, helpful, and fully reconciled the issue. I love the food at chicken salad chick and I appreciate that the staff will go above and beyond to reconcile any issues brought to their attention.

Today our mission team (about 18) people went to Chicken Salad Chick for dinner. The staff served us quickly and efficiently; everyone had their meals in about 5 minutes. We all had different meals, but everyone exclaimed it was good. My meal consisted of the Cranberry Kelli (chicken salad with cranberries and almonds), chicken artichoke soup (different for me) with crackers, a cookie and lemonade... I'll be back.

Definitely the cream of the crop in the quick casual restaurant category. This is not fast food....but it is GREAT food, served fast! The menu offers a dozen or so varieties of chicken salad. The Fancy Nancy is my favorite. Pair it with a cup of soup and you have a winner! The potato soup was some of the best I've had. Service is quick and FRIENDLY ( rare combo in Memphis ) and restaurant is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Great choice for lunch or dinner!

Wow! I went back. I will keep going back. I love this place. I tried something different than my last visit and, again, I was not disappointed. For the sake of unbiased opinion, I think I will taste test a few more just be certain that I truly love the food, the personnel and the restaurant layouts. Lol. This cookie is so good and moist that it should be outlawed.

This restaurant is delicious! Who in the south doesn’t like chicken salad? Chicken salad is my most favorite salad, I could live on a diet of chicken salad and pizza. Chicken Salad Chick did not disappoint; I ordered the Olivia’s Old South BLT. Can I say OMG! Then as a side they let you pick another chicken salad flavor, I chose Classic Carol. It was great too. They have 12 chicken salad flavors to choose from, pimento cheese, soups and salads. The service was fast, however there was a line when left, but it was moving quickly. If you’re in East Memphis, or travel from Collierville like I did, this is a must stop for a good chicken salad

Great variety of chicken salad to choose from. You can get scoops, sandwiches, soups to choose from. Cute names for the different types of chicken salad like Fruity Fran, Fancy Nancy, Sassy Scotty just to name a few. Very friendly staff. Gets real busy during lunch so you have to bring your patience. It's worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this place. Come check them out.
