Our waitress “Angel” was wonderful ! She served our food nice & hot ! Angel is such a sweet young lady! We haven’t had power since Thursday night! & that Fireplace was just wonderful ! Our dinners were delicious!
Have loved Cracker Barrel for years and just moved to this area. Despite them seeming a little understaffed for a Saturday night, the food was great and the ambiance was the same as I've always expected from this "old country" restaurant. Also found a nice little gift for a friend in the shop. Will certainly return in the future!
I went to this location on February 13, 2023. Cracker always make me feel like I'm going to my grandma's house when I walk in and look around at the decorations they have. I decided to get the Hamburger Steak with fries, bacon baked beans, and biscuits. The Hamburger Steak was seasoned and cooked the way I like it. The biscuits was soft, and putting jelly on it really bought the taste out. The fries was okay, just needed a little bit more seasoning. The Bacon Baked Beans was ok as well; I wish I could have tasted more bacon in the baked beans. All and all it was a really good time.
It never fails we always have good food at every store we stop at. The only thing that changes is the service. We waited at least 10 minutes standing there to be seated, the only ones waiting. The lady at the front “cashier” told the manager that she called someone up and that was not true at all. I watched her the whole time and she didn’t get on the radio or phone. So that’s not good. It’s a curse, I notice everything. Finally a customer setting down eating their own food had to tell the girl cleaning the tables to go seat us we had been waiting long enough. Wow…

I love coming here. The food is great, the service is great, and the atmosphere is great. Everything is great, LOL. Their biscuits are to die for. I always enjoy coming here and going to the store after we've eaten our meal. It has an old timey feel and reminds me of a time when everything was at a slower, more enjoyable pace. I definitely recommend coming here.
Was worried due to other reviews but I had no problem at all! We went around 9am and waited for 3 minutes before being seated. Our server, Wayneshea, was exceptional. She answered any questions I had about the selections. She bought out water for us without being asked and kept us up to date while waiting for our food. The pancakes was fluffy, the turkey sausage and eggs was great! The store has many things to buy. I brought a prayer box for my mother. The cashier was friendly and so was all the staff. Would recommend this location!

I tried something different today! Loaded hash browns with steak and eggs! Very filling! Vanessa was so sweet and attentive!
Everything was great the food was delicious best meatloaf I've had in a long time felt sorry for the staff knew they were short-handed and doing the best they could trying to get the food out and take care of the customers. Shame they didn't have enough help. But I'll definitely go back even if I have to wait.

It was one of the assistant managers. She was beautiful, warm, kind, and very accommodating. And the chefs always prepare delicious meals.
