I went to this location on February 13, 2023. Cracker always make me feel like I'm going to my grandma's house when I walk in and look around at the decorations they have. I decided to get the Hamburger Steak with fries, bacon baked beans, and biscuits. The Hamburger Steak was seasoned and cooked the way I like it. The biscuits was soft, and putting jelly on it really bought the taste out. The fries was okay, just needed a little bit more seasoning. The Bacon Baked Beans was ok as well; I wish I could have tasted more bacon in the baked beans. All and all it was a really good time.

It never fails we always have good food at every store we stop at. The only thing that changes is the service. We waited at least 10 minutes standing there to be seated, the only ones waiting. The lady at the front “cashier” told the manager that she called someone up and that was not true at all. I watched her the whole time and she didn’t get on the radio or phone. So that’s not good. It’s a curse, I notice everything. Finally a customer setting down eating their own food had to tell the girl cleaning the tables to go seat us we had been waiting long enough. Wow…

I love coming here. The food is great, the service is great, and the atmosphere is great. Everything is great, LOL. Their biscuits are to die for. I always enjoy coming here and going to the store after we've eaten our meal. It has an old timey feel and reminds me of a time when everything was at a slower, more enjoyable pace. I definitely recommend coming here.

Was worried due to other reviews but I had no problem at all! We went around 9am and waited for 3 minutes before being seated. Our server, Wayneshea, was exceptional. She answered any questions I had about the selections. She bought out water for us without being asked and kept us up to date while waiting for our food. The pancakes was fluffy, the turkey sausage and eggs was great! The store has many things to buy. I brought a prayer box for my mother. The cashier was friendly and so was all the staff. Would recommend this location!

Everything was great the food was delicious best meatloaf I've had in a long time felt sorry for the staff knew they were short-handed and doing the best they could trying to get the food out and take care of the customers. Shame they didn't have enough help. But I'll definitely go back even if I have to wait.

It's not a 5 star restaurant, nobody should expect that. I am a regular there, here's an honest review. It is super busy there most of the time. Expect to wait. The entire staff does a wonderful job of getting people seated asap considering the amount of traffic they handle. Not one time in almost 10 years of going there has my food been cold when served. The wait staff is always helpful and I have never felt overlooked for refills, etc. Vivian is my favorite waitress. Super sweet lady and she remembers her return customers which means if she spots you waiting, she may approach the hostess podium and wave you towards her. Love that! Great customer service is why I keep going plus the food is wonderful!! One of my favorites places ❤️

Our waitress wasn't exactly the most friendly. It took over 10 minutes for her to get our drink order and kept telling is the kitchen was backed up and it would take forever for us to get our food. But she was very chatty and courteous to the table next to us, whom she obviously knew. My friends food was Under cooked and mine was completely wrong. She comped us a meal but we never got a sorry, or a "How can I fix this" or anything. She just grabbed the plate and said "well I'll just take it off the tab". I also wasnt very happy that she refilled drinks foe 2 other tables before mine, even though i asked long before they ever did. Sorry cracker barrel, you failed this time, but I'll still be back because I love the chicken and dumplings!! Everybody has an off day. This just happen to be yours.

Awful! Waited 45 minuets to get our food after ordering. Waitress never came back to check on us until after receiving our food and had bother her to get a refill on my tea after we had ate! Completely awful experience, will never return to this location and maybe any location

Our food took some time to get to us. It was 25 minutes to get our check and only because we left the table to go check out. Our waitress flat out disappeared so we couldn't wave her down for our check.
Two managers took 10 more minutes to find our check with no apology and seemed put out that we didn't know our server's name (in all the waiting and lack of seeing her we forgot it). Our server defined apathetic. Ironically she had "Rising star" on her badge. I guess there's no place to go but up when you don't care at all.
Food was fine though the sausage patties were cooked into hockey puck consistency. At least the pancakes were delicious. We also never got our biscuits to add insult to this entire experience.
This location used to be a favorite but management is incompetent and the servers could care less about anything. Skip it.

Worse Cracker Barrel ever! Waited 45 mins for a table when half the tables were empty. We were ready to order when our waitress took our drink order but she wouldn’t take our food order. We sat there for an hour and 4 tables that had sat down after us got their food. Then, she comes by and says they had ran out of half the food we ordered. Was the worst Cracker Barrel experience ever!

Right now.... over a hour wait (which I agreed to a 15 20 minute wait. Been sitting here since 12.:47 waiting on food. My opinion is not good right how because the porch cleared out three time while we waited. And now the restaurant has none of the same people because they have eaten and gone!

My mom and I went there for breakfast. Our meal was excellent, but my mom's portion of hashbrown casserole was like it was leftovers compared to mine which more fresher. Overall it was delicious! Our waitress was excellent, always checking on us and making sure my mom had refill on her coffee.

Waited over an hour to get our food. The waitress was new but it wasn't her fault. The kitchen was really far behind and all the patrons were getting upset. Someone who knows what they are doing should run this restaurants kitchen.

The service provided by suga was very poor. Items where missing from the meal and the food was not up to par. I had to send my dumplings back for being under cooked and the sides were very bland. I’m an ex crackle barrel employee and I have never had such a bland meal. We wanted to bring it to the attention to management that ms. Suga was rude and our meal was not pleasant as he could see it was still on the table and no action was taken towards compensating for
The items not eating but none the less I paid my bill and purchased a few survivors in the store. I just feel service and management was handled very poorly. I will not be visiting this location again. But however, I will visit others because I love the pancakes!!!!! And syrup

Placed a to go order online at 7:00 pm and paid for it with a set time to pick up at 8:00 . its now 8:30 and still waiting for my order. The point of ordering ahead with plenty of time is to not wait for it. There are people who have literally came in and sat down ordered and recieved their dinner since i have been here waiting for food i ordered an hour and a half ago.

Have loved Cracker Barrel for years and just moved to this area. Despite them seeming a little understaffed for a Saturday night, the food was great and the ambiance was the same as I've always expected from this "old country" restaurant. Also found a nice little gift for a friend in the shop. Will certainly return in the future!
