We didn't know what to eat because we have never been here. The lady taking the order said... do you like burgers and BBQ? We said yea... so we got it together. Great choice. I had the beans and potatoe salad. Will definitely be back...
Stopped for lunch after a busy weekend in Memphis. Had the pork shoulder sandwich and the fired chicken sandwich plus fries and baked beans. Sandwiches were excellent and my boyfriend said the baked beans were the best he’d ever eaten.
It seems that Tops is only as good as the managers and employees working on that day. In this case we ordered and within a few minutes had our food. Food was good.
I love this place!! It's hard to find a "fast food" place where you get genuine, fresh burgers. Their barbecue sandwiches are also amazing! They have crinkle cut fries (my favorite) and even offer them with barbecue. My coworker and I eat Top's weekly because it's a fast meal while still letting us sit down to chat. Absolute fave!
One of my favorite Tops locations. Got the burger(this time) but added Q and cheese. Other than the bun was basic, the burger was tasty, the fries were good, and the service was fast. Cooked to order burgers instead of cold microwave repeats. Love Tops period.
Burger was good but not great like in the past. The restaurant was boarded up looks like after a glass break in, appearing to be closed to lobby service. But they were serving inside, which is rare these days. Overall, the service was good.
We had the sampler plate and the BBQ nachos. Had no issues with anything. The meats were amazing by themselves, but were made better using the sweet and mild sauces. The baked beans were the best I've had. Will definitely eat here again while passing through Memphis.
We stopped in during our road trip for something new and everything was great! Ribs pulled off the bone, beans with brisket and brisket sandwich and topped off with an apple pie! Yum!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Customer service was great, very welcoming for my 1st time here, especially all the way from California. Wish I got everyone names, 2 gentlemen and especially the woman who welcome me very much.
The food was delicious. My husband and I got cheese fries, hot Chetto BBQ nacho(Yummy) and full rack ribs w/ variety of BBQ sauces.
Will be our go to whenever we passing thru Memphis.

The staff was great and soo friendly! The food was excellent! If we come through Memphis again we will definitely stop here again!
