Was a good time and is a great concept. Build your own ramen. The girl across the table was a sausage though

My favorite spot to grab some good hotpot especially on cold days. Prices are cheaper and variety of options to put onto your hotpot. If you want some hotpot, this is a yood place to try.

I love this hotpot so much. I love the range of ingredients to choose from. And the taste of the hotpot is just unmatched! However, there should really be more space between the tables and definitely create a more spacious environment. The staff were friendly and very polite. I always come back here as my go-to hotpot place!

Is that REALLY HARD TO ASK CUSTOMER IF THEY WANT A DINE IN OR TAKE AWAY? I’ve come today and want to have a take away, already said to the girl in the cashier BUT still they made it into dine in. Gosh… I usually have separate soup for the take away and since it already made it for dine in, the soup already mixed away. Please teach your staff to speak and actively ask. Plus, it’s really messed up also in the packaging.

Food’s good, it is relatively cheaper compared to other malatang places and still tastes better. BUT the service.. Called the restaurant to ask if they were open, as the ubereats app showed the restaurant is ‘currently unavailable’ and the guy i was talking to says yes they are open and hangs up on me straight. Called them again after like 5 mins of trying, and told them its still not open on ubereats and he says okay, and hangs up on me AGAIN. Finally got to start ordering and had to call them again as their spice level always confuses me. Extra hot is on top of extreme hot, which i still dont get (maybe its just me) so i called to clarify. Obviously the guy had issues understanding me, but he barely answers the question and guess what, he hangs up on me for the 3rd time 🙂 This is just sad for me, as I always get food from here, like i said above, the food’s good. But im leaving a 1 star, as the way i was talked to over the phone is just disgusting. As asomeone who works in the same industry, I sincerely hope the management do some training on service.

The premise is for customers to go pick their toppings and ingredients for the soup. You also get to pick the level of spiciness for the soup. This shop seem to have some unique toppings that the other similar concept shops didn't offer. Overall soup is pretty good but nothing too special compared to the others. Food - 7 Service - 9 Vibe - 7 Price - $$

I arrived at 8pm and already picked up the food wanted, but the girl told me that ‘you can’t eat here’. That’s so rude that told client that I cannot sit and dine in. If the shop will close soon it’s okay, but plz do not said to your client that’you can’t’. I asked that if there’s not enough space or table, I would like to wait. Guess what? The girl one of the staff said to me ’you just can’t, you can sit and wait but must take away’ Lol, RUDE, DONOT Recommend WITH THIS awful customer service

Great little place in a walkway between Bourke Street and Little Bourke Street. Not too big and nicely busy. This is a place wheee you grab a large (and I mean massive) bowl and a pair of rings and choose what you’d like in your meal. If you’re vego, perfect! If you’re vegan, perfect! If you like your seafood or meat, perfect! There is lamb, beef, pork but not much chicken. Plenty of vegetables and tofu. Seafood in abundance. At the start, you can add some spices and blends to your bowl which is added to the work when everything is cooked. Preparation time is around 5 - 10 minutes so if you’re after a quick feed, this place will work well for you. There are signs up about allergies so please read if this is relevant to you. Staff are helpful but really, not needed other than weighing your food, taking your money and delivering food to your table. You can purchase drinks here as well but I couldn’t recognise the ‘tea’ bottle I bought. Whatever it was, it was tasty. Note: wheelchair friendly, disabled access, kid friendly.
