Delicious meal for only $10. Delicately spiced and well balanced flavors.

Went looking for a Sri Lankan curry and based on the reviews, this seemed like a good option... We had an early lunch here, and quickly the line built up showing this is obviously a local favourite. It was easy to see why... Good serving size, nice flavours, mild but flavoursome curries. Will return to this unassuming place.

Was looking forward to some good Sri Lankan food based on the reviews but was left sorely disappointed. The dishes were more sweet than spicy and thus not very authentic. Will not recommend this place to people who are looking for real authentic spicy Sri Lankan food. Price wise, it is reasonable - paid $10 for a heap of rice, 1 meat dish and 2 veg dishes.

Good for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The menu appears to cycle through a few different options through the week (but they are all delicious). The small plate with a can of soft drink ($10) is a real good deal, and you are sure to be full as they are very generous with the servings.

Fast service, friendly staff and reasonable price for generous potion sizes. However, if you are Sri Lankan you might find the food is mild spicy and less saltier than back home. Overall I liked the food and enjoyed it.

This place serves simple, but delicious food - similar to home made food. Spices are flavoursome but not hot. Loved my lunch.

3.5 stars ⭐️ This place has such a long queue and I got confused cos the signage said Ceylon Wok but it’s actually Chef Lanka?! I dunno 🤷🏻‍♀️ but either way I ordered $9 2 veg rice and 1 meat. I got the goat w bones dish and while it said it’s the spiciest dish it wasn’t that spicy at all, but what lacks spiciness the flavour really make up for it. I got the potato which was nice and the beans in a creamy coconut base curry which was fragrant but made me fret how many calories are in it. I chose the briyani rice which was oh so delish and I love how you have 5 choices of rice. The dish came with a crispy papadum but I find that a tiny bit soggy. Love this place tho and defo will be back to try other stuff here.

Great SriLankan food in this part of town. Very reasonably priced and great customer service. Pick from either a small or regular size and choose your dishes, served from a Bain Maree. My favourite SriLankan food joint in the city so far.
