Taco Bell

The only thing I found strange is if you go inside and order at the kiosk, you can get a regular soft taco made like 5 different ways. I had a lil beef added but with chicken and then 3 blend cheese with extra chicken and lettuce. At the drive through I'm had no clue you could do this. But I'll be going back inside to order more often now .

I don't usually have a great experience at this location until today. My order through the drive thru did get messed up but the staff, although Very shorthanded, was right on top of fixing it. The last time my order was messed up at this location (months ago) I was told I needed to return the already made food rather than being able to donate to the homeless or otherwise. This time the employees were Extremely helpful and I was able to give up the messed up portion to someone in need

It has all changed these days. Now you go inside and order from a Kiosk, while they still will take your order but, your supposed to use the Kiosk. Food was good, staff was nice, Atmosphere was fine, only thing was that some of the tables were dirty, and my grand-daughter thought she needed to clean the floor after dropping food on the floor. The floor where we sat was dirty, other than that it was okay.

I eat an excessive amount of Taco Bell (3 to 5 times weekly), and have had my share of bad experiences over the years. However, this particular location is my favorite, and vastly superior to any other local Taco Bell by far!! I frequently this one far more often than other other, and for good reason. In the years I've been coming here, I've had less than a handful of mistakes made or bad employee experiences. To the contrary, they are always on top of their game, and the very few mistakes made over the years, were handled exquisitely, professionally, and satisfactorily. They are quick to remedy that very rare mistake. This location has an amazing crew of fast, friendly, professional, courteous, and competent staff members. The orders are made fresh to order, made accurately, and always taste great!! I can't overstate how highly I recommend this Taco Bell above all other local locations!

Update review the drive thru used to take forever but now its fast. There was a nice lady there she says she getting better people. It's my opinion they need to give her a raise. She was very nice too. I always liked this taco bell but the wait times even walking in was too long now it has changed. The food was great too.
