New favorite resturaunt! The young lady who made our order, Danielle, was very sweet and accommodating with my sister, 62, who has severe hearing problems from her lifelong Tinnitus. This is the BEST location i have EVER been to in my 54 years and i will be back!! I loved the Flatbread so much I bought some for my church!!

My girlfriend ordered a smoothie because she had a free one, but while she was on her way to pick it up she got into a car accident. We spent the next hour speaking with the police to get everything sorted out. When she got to Tropical Smoothie, she told them what happened and asked if she could have her smoothie remade since it had been sitting there for an hour - and they did it without any hesitation, even though the first one was as free to begin with.
This is my first time here, and I will be back. I ordered a smoothie as well, and it was delicious! Thank you guys for being so considerate.

Called 4 minutes before they closed. I was very surprised they even picked up to be honest and was so polite. I asked the gentleman over the phone if we could just rush in to get some cookies for the kids and he was so kind and sweet to say “yes of course”. I would highly recommend stopping by this Tropical Cafe for great service, food and friendly staff! Thank you for being so kindhearted!!

I love their smoothies! They went a little too heavy on the ginger in my detox green smoothie so next time I'm going to ask them to just do half the amount they normally put in, but otherwise it was really good. That is my favorite smoothie to get there. Also they have good customer service.
