The service here is great and they always prepare orders accurately. The crew is also super quick with getting orders out! Sometimes the drive thru is closed due to short staffing so you have to go inside. This doesn’t bother me as I understand most places are currently suffering from staff shortages but some customers may get upset by this.

Not open 24 hours. Not open at 530am. For a place that serves breakfast to a group of people who get a early start, this is complete garbage. Loves should use dependable companies to provide service to their primary customers, truck drivers.

Drive thru was closed. Dinning room was nice took a little longer to get food but they made it when I ordered so really fresh not sitting under the heat lamp. Friendly Crew made it ok to wait for order.

I ordered a hamburger with lettuce tomato, mayonnaise.
The girl ask me 3 times.i got that plus mustard, ketchup, onion and pickle, the entire sandwich was cold, like it had been in the refrigerator. The fries looked like the scraps left over from the fries. I guess they figure you are in the drive thru, you ant coming back.

Not a big fan of Hardee's any longer. Food seems to have turned my taste buds against them and the help has turned bad here in North Carolina. Use to be good but the help is not dirverse any longer...bad help can contribute to a store closing.

I love Hardee's flavor. But after ordering without cheese I got a burger with cheese🍔😢. When I got the replacement it wasn't my original😢. I was in to much of a hurry to wait for another. All that said they were severely under staffed because of this covid stuff. So big ups just for making me a burger period. 👏👌
