Rolled through around 8:30 last night. The car in front of me completed their order and then I sat there for what seemed like an entire 2 minutes. The lady finally took my order, which had some additional notes because I'm picky like that. I get to the drive-thru only to find out that it's two people working the entire restaurant. The girl taking my money and bringing orders forward and the manager who took my order and was preparing it. The entire process took about 7 minutes and TWO people were making it all happen. Very impressive. Oh, and they did in fact remember to put extra cucumber sauce on my gyros.

We were driving and wanted Arby's. So we were very disappointed to discover the dining room was closed so no potty break for us. We did got our food which did take a while but they were obviously very understaffed. Food was good and correct though. I was just disappointed that we couldn't go in the restaurant and I would have to make another stop or by food at another place to get a good stop.

Sat in line for more than 10 minutes without a single car moving. No excuse to be this slow during lunch time. If you are that short handed, close!

I went with family after church just now. The young girl didnt get our order right, so after buying 40$ worth of food ,I had to turn around and buy fries and drinks which cost a lot buying seperate from a combo. When we told her we ordered combos, she just looked at us like we were stupid. She should have apologized and corrected our order. Then she walks away and I wait for over ten minutes for someone to come and take our second order after my husband told someone I was waiting. Cheese stick were cold and Only had half a piece of bacon one a six dollar sandwhich when i was probaly charged and extra dollar to get bacon.. we spent almost 60$ for the entire family to eat and didnt eat over half of it cuz it was cold.

It's so odd that this location closes at 5 pm yet all of the lights are on and you're left sitting in the drive thru assuming they are open at 7pm. It would probably be helpful to post these random hours somewhere in the drive thru area. There were enough cars in the parking lot to assume they were open. So, Zazby's next door got our business along with the other 4 cars in front of us that had been waiting.

When it's open it's usually good except this time tenders we're cold fries we're cold the shake was the only good part.

This food seems a cut above what you expect from fast food. The cherry turnover tastes like something you would get from a bakery. I'm not sure why more people aren't making Arby's a first choice for lunch. Spotlessly clean and fast service.
