Taco Bell

I ordered using the Taco Bell app. When I got to the restaurant I was told they were out of beef,and I could come back in 40 minutes. I asked to just have it returned to my card and was told I would have to contact the app as the manager didn't know how to credit my card back. I've sent complaints in 3 times to no avail,and guess I'm just out of the money. I however am one of "those people " that will not only never visit this store again, but the chain as a whole. I will wait for Del Taco to open up or use a food truck the next time I want fast food. If I could give zero stars, i would.

First starting I went trough the drive tru and the girl was kind of rude, I was trying to be nice and say thanks but did get anything, not even a hello or bye from her but my food serve in a fu.... lid and put inside of a box. I order a beef bowl and i got my food put on a bowl lid with the beans running out the holes and that was not even cover, put inside of a box that didn’t even close. Honestly I am not a person that goes to eat at Taco Bell but after this experience I am definitely not going back.

I have reached out in many ways and have not heard anything back from Taco Bell in regard to this issue. I am very disappointed in how things were handled when I contacted the GM at the mebane location where this food was purchased. This food was bought for my little sister, when she bit into her food she nearly gagged on this piece of plastic. The manager I spoke with did not care and was very rude. Her name is Tanya and she goes by “tan”. I will never purchase food from this store ever again. Another man had problems with his food as well, when I returned the contaminated food I purchased. She refused to refund my order which I was not happy about. She also asked did I want the food remade.... now why would I want anything from that place if it’s contaminated? @tacobell I’m waiting to see how you will handle this.

Even when I have had an awful experience I never leave a bad review for Taco Bell… this is just low. We ordered three Gordita crunches and they literally taste like chemicals. Everything else in our order was burnt or poorly made but the chemical taste is something I cannot be quiet about. Will be calling if it makes us sick.

Ridiculous. The last few times ive gone here this is what our burritos look like. All wrap and barely anything inside. 10 burritos and all the same. Had to ask for mild sauce 3 times, once when I ordered, then when I paid at drive thru, then again when they asked me to pull around and I opened the bag and there was no sauce. The guy said i'll get you some. He came back and said its probably in the bottom of the bag. It wasnt, I offered to let him look. He refused. but hey I could have been wrong even though I took almost everything out of the bag. And hey they want $15 an hour. BTW I wasnt wrong, no sauce in bag. They did much better when they were in the KFC.
