Community Plate

After going to 4 different places that were either closed or had a 30 min wait time to be seated we came to community plate… we were able to find a table right away and placed an order. the hot chocolate is actual cocoa, it’s so good! The family enjoyed the bacon and fries and really liked the breakfast here. The servers were very nice. We will return and try other menu items

Exceptional spot in beautiful downtown McMinnville. I've been here a few times before for a quick coffee, but never for a sit down meal. I was downtown walking around with my daughter and we stopped and had brunch. She's little so we just shared some pancakes, sausage and a fruit plate. Everything tasted so fresh and very good. The pancakes came with both maple syrup and berry sauce. The sausage was cooked perfectly and the fruit was clean. We ate it up. The interior is also very inviting with bright natural light from the large windows. Plenty of seating for a weekday stop. I'm sure it gets a bit crowded on the weekends, but I can't fault them for that. There's a bit of outdoor seating as well so that helps when the weather is nice. The staff is exceptional too. Very friendly, inviting and attentive. A place that has everyone on the same level when it comes to their great attitudes (now if us as customers could always return the favor, ha). Stop by this place for good food and coffee. You can't really ask for anything more from a downtown spot.

We just wandered around third street (which hs wonderful) and followed our sense of smell and a rollicking group of customers in here. J in had the chicken sausage hash and my wife had the BLT. Very good, the BLT was good. Not too salty and nice flavors. Hash gad chicken sausage, local veg and a duck egg on top. All very good, but the chicken sausage needed to be kicked up a notch. Bathrooms a bit distraught but clean enough. This is fun. Enjoy!
