Jae's Landing

Waitress was awesome, drinks were good. Food was standard for bar food, appetizer fried mushrooms and potato skins were great, ribeye was underseasoned and a little over cooked (asked for rare to medium rare, got medium to medium well). The pool table we played on wasn't level bad roll to one side. And if you are a shy female make sure you are the first one to the bathroom because one of the "stalls" isn't a stall... it's a toilet in the room no privacy.

Loved it the first time. But then I took some foreign friends there, and all of a sudden we weren't welcome. I wanted to show them what an American had in common and different from a European or other foreign bar, but we were kicked out for not having American passports. Is it illegal to experience true American culture unless you are American? Do we want to deprive other countries of our true nature and thoughts? I disagree. I think Americans should be allowed to show non-Americans the way that most of us honestly live, and the loss of this heightened truth means a denigration of the average American.

The owner is rude and disrespectful. I recommend nobody goes there. I've never been so disrespected At an establishment. I don't know how they are still in business. I've never seen somebody so rude to customer, and still be in business. Now years ago this used to be a good place to go, a good crowd of people.In the last week I have came in twice and both times I left shaking my head. Telling myself that's why there's hardly anybody here anymore. Living in a small town a smile and a simple nod will get somebody a long way. I know I will never step foot in this establishment again. So if you're looking for a good time try down town 3rd st.
