Popeyes was next door. I made the wrong choice. First mistake was not walking out when one of the workers yelled, "are you ordering burgers?" rather than greeting me. Second mistake was waiting over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there and finally taking my order...this is after the initial "greeter" told the other workers to not take any orders. I mean, if y'all were having some issues, a little communication would have been nice. Then when I did get my food, why did it look and taste like it was from the day before?

Placed an app order... my fries were completely missing .....and two whoppers, two ocs, 8 pc nugg, and 1 chicken Jr were all squished into one bag and my burgers and sandwiches were FLAT and smushed!! Very disappointing !! I eat Burger King once a week and drive far to have to drive all the way back to fix this!! Employees need to check the order and bag correctly not squish everything to fit in one bag for their convenience!

Usually only write positive reviews on here. This visit to this Burger King was an outstandingly bad experience. It took 15 minutes for my car to get through the drive-thru even though they're only three cars all together including mine. I was handed the wrong order not once but twice. Also, I had to inform the person at the window but I didn't receive my drink. In the end I was left with the wrong order and a bad experience.

I understand we make mistakes and I gave Ahmed $10.50, but he thought it was $6.50 The manager on shift is very cool and laid back wish I knew her name I'll get it next time. They could not re-open the register to count the the money I gave them, I was not worried about it I just told him he can keep the $4 as a tip it's not a big deal, they went the far mile to make my money's worth they gave me two large fries, more Ketchup and napkins, and a surprise whopper in the bag, and they gave me a ton of fries for the small mistake, they even upgraded my small drink on the coupon to a medium out of nowhere when I first came to the window. I took the rest home for family. Ahmed is courteous and just trying to do his job and talk to me like a friend instead of a customer so my night was made. I had a good experience they treated me very well too well actually almost unreal, make me feel special☺ and will stop by on my way next time don't worry come to Ahmed and he and the manager will get you taken care of.

This place doesn’t care, you can tell. Something is going on between the employees and the management because they make it a point that you know that they don’t care. Missing part of my order, I was charged for it but the receipt didn’t show the item missing. Total on the receipt didn’t match the total I was charged, so likely was charged for the wrong order or they just didn’t ring up what I ordered even after repeating it to me. Don’t go here, go to Arbys or Popeyes next door. Hell, even the gas station, QT, would probably do better than this place. Stay far away, just as everyone else on here has said.

This burger is never give your food fresh. Everything be old. They give you food that been sitting out. Nuggets hard, burgers not fresh, bread be hard. Not to mention you can't even call the store to even let them know how they gave you old food that been sitting out. I would not suggest nobody to go to this burger king. They are the worst. Im veey disappointed with this.

Sign says open to 12 am midnight but they always (for months now) close before 10:30pm!? Does the Manager know what's going on?? Is there a District or Area manager doing there job??
Answer: No, it's run by lazy people who are getting paid too much for nothing!!! Burger King just close this location and cut your losses, they are making you look VERY BAD!

Franchise operator needs to close up shop basically him or her is basically using this place as a tax haven to reduce taxes who in their right mind would run a restaurant like this it’s obviously not owned by corporate they open and close when they want too and I ordered the impossible whopper and got an actually whopper then I went to the windows and asked nicely to get am impossible whopper and that I’m vegetarian I can’t eat meat they said do you want anything else I’m like wow ok then asked for refund and got hounded about that avoid at all costs I’ll just prepare my food at home
