DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALWAYS OPEN UP EACH ITEM AND VERIFY BEFORE LEAVING STORE. UPDATE 22-March-2022: received an email survey from Arby's asking how they did at resolving this issue... Wow. They NEVER contacted me. I resolved this myself. UPDATE 11-March-2022 Noon: Both doors locked, 4-5 workers inside. Asked why its locked, they are short staffed. Spoke with shift manager, they remade my order. Much better. Pic of spicy version attached. UPDATE 4-March-2022: Place is definitely a ghost town-- don't expect them to be open. I went just before 5:00PM and nobody came to the speaker, although I did see someone inside, but they ignored the window and speaker. Also, the huge sign outside says the inside is open 10AM-10PM, which is false-- door was locked. I also filled out the form on their website regarding my order being wrong, also suggested by their reply, and they have never gotten back with me. 28-February-2022: Place is pretty much a ghost town every time I drive by or stop for food. Tonight I placed an order for two spicy fish sandwiches, and a large curly fry, and the receipt is correct, but I got home and realized they made normal fish sandwiches and put a medium curly fry in a large container. What a joke. Tried calling, they should answer as I know they're not busy, but it just rings....

I used to like coming to this location after it first opened up, the staff was friendly. Now, the staff has that attitude of "why are you here bothering me, I hate this place". They couldn't be bothered to repeat the order in the drive-thru, shake machine supposedly didn't work (I seem to be told this every time I visit) & out of stock on other things we wanted to order. I understand when you are out of stuff, but put a sign on your drive-thru so that a customer can be prepared. End of the day, I will drive to other locations I know are friendly & do not constantly have issues with their shake machine.

I really like Arby's but this has to be the worst location you could possibly imagine. They have posted hours but it seems to be like a slot machine if they are actually open. The indoor dining has not been open in the year plus I've been in McKinney. I've seen cars at lunch time just waiting for like 30 minutes gullible enough to think someone is coming. I drove to another place and came back and the same truck sitting there. On two occasions I pulled up no sign posted at like 2-3pm to the drive through speaker and waited 6-10 minutes with no response. One does wonder how they can even stay open operating like this. Only reason it gets two stars is because I do like Arby's and the two out of ten times I actually could get food it was decent.

I am only giving this place two stars because of the nice gentleman that was taking trash out and asked if I had been helped. I drove up with no cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru besides the car of which I assume was the worker. When pulling up was asked by the intercom lady to give them a moment. I sat there for about 10 minutes until the guy taking the trash out and asked if I had been helped. He went back inside, few minutes went by, he came back out and asked again if I had been helped. As he went back in, I finally got someone to take my order which was literally 2 things. When she repeated it back, she got both items wrong…I literally asked for a fry and a tea. Those are not hard items to get. I understand why this location has such bad reviews but thank you to the guy working there that actually acted like he cared about his job.

The guy in the drive-through lane at Arby’s was so nice. Something was wrong with her order and he fixed it, no question asked. He was super polite and respectful about it. Not sure, it seemed like he took double of his happy pills that day 😂 …never had that great of service from a fast food place before thank you 😊

Why do you have your sign board outside saying "inside open 10-10" then all the doors are locked. Ridiculous. I got out of my vehicle expecting to be able to go inside, not walk all the way around the building. Either have it open or not. Edit: I see now that its been over a week since the "owner" replied to the other person with the same complaint. FIX IT.
