Maybe there is better staff during the day, but came in late , spent nearly 60 in food plus another 8 for 2 beers, the boy taking our order was really short with us, most of the menu they said they couldn't make, so we got a few burritos and enchiladas.
Half the order wasn't on there and our food was made wrong. Called back with 20 minutes until they closed and they had their phone off so no one could call in. This used to be one of the best Mexican fast food places so sad to see if go down maybe this is why so many stores have sadly closed

I ordered 3 steak tacos! And they charged me $16 for those STEAK tacos. But this is what they gave me instead. Ridiculous! They cheated me out of my money and I’m so annoyed! Never returning. This location has just been going down hill for a while and I’m finally fed up!! I suggest you stay away.

Every time I would come here the tacos were small and they would really skimp out on their meat so I eventually stopped coming here. But recently I guess they changed their management because I had more than 3 pieces of chicken in my taco! It was completely stuffed and the people were really nice as well. Probably going to be making regular trips back again!

Trip 1: 1 order of sopapillas. Ordered sopapillas and they made a huge deal about extra honey. Charged me for it. Even though the honey cups were tiny. Took 15 min to get original order.
Trip 2: wrong sauces on all plates, didn’t give honey on sopapillas, had to ask for it. Forgot tortillas.
Bathrooms are disgusting and backed up.
Temperature is uncomfortable. Better to eat outside regardless temp.

Maaaaan! I used to love this place but today I was sorely disappointed! There was no self serve tea which normally isn't a problem but no one seemed to want to fill it from behind the counter. The salsa bar was not set up...covid??...(Bueno doesn't have a problem.)The service was terrible & the food was even worse. I've never thrown away perfectly good food, today was no exception as it was inedible. What a shame...

Ordered online, arrived 5 minutes after booked time and they were scrambling. Not sure if they forgot my order but they had over 30min to prepare and told me would be a 10 minute wait... what? There was no one in line and dining room still not open to public. What are they doing all day? Terrible service. They take my money but food not ready and have to wait in the heat.

I had a curbside pickup order I called 3x no one answered I had to walk in and get my food! Go home and the entire order is wrong! Smothered burrito with green sauce was smothered in RED sauce. My flautas were BURNT, entire order of nachos was wrong. I asked for no beans on the kickin nachos with extra beef they gave me a scoop of ground beef, splash of cheese and sprinkled jalapeños with no other toppings. I did not receive any salsa that I requested. This was the WORST service I’ve ever received. I tried to call them to tell them but they won’t answer the phone! I want all my money back!!!

They were more worried about the drive-thru than taking orders at the counter. We were the only ones inside and waited close to 10 minutes before they took our order. Food was okay but needed some salsa since the salsa bar is no longer there. I had to wait another 5 or so minutes before they would even ask what I needed. Definitely better off going to the drive-thru or somewhere else. The customer service inside was awful.
