Good customer service, but ice cream was extremely soft & melty. Six different flavors out of several different freezers. Perhaps it’s a setting problem? Also, 2 flavors tasted old.

This place is not good for customer service at all, first of all no tastings for any ice cream, we got pineapple coconut icecrem and it tasted stale. We were just standing and eating ice cream inside because it was too hot and the employee said the dining area is not open so go out, these people are not worth the visit, there are other ice creams shops with much better flavors and exp.

Thanks for bringing back the bubble gum ice cream! I was disapointed when I came in a couple weeks ago and had to settle with rainbow sherbert which is still great but not the same as bubble gum!

I love this place! I'm so glad they aren't right next to our home! I came here during Xmas and sampled 3 of the Holiday flavors. I walked out with a bowl of all 3 scoops. Lol The people who work there are always nice and its clean. I love their ice cream selection. Plus we buy pints to take home at times.

I was in the Hardin location for my sons birthday with my 67 year dad (who is on crutches because he blew out his knee 3 days before). They kicked us out of the dinning room and when I asked if we could take a chair outside while we eat our ice cream they told us no. He had already been sitting in the chair while we all got our ice cream. We arerr the only ones in the stor but they still kicked us out.

They have the best flavors to choose from. Staff is always friendly. I normally get hand packed pints or quarts but they never fill them so I kinda feel like I'm getting shorted lol. But I love them so much I'll keep going back.
