Taco Bell

The closing time needs to be updated. This location has caused me to lose numerous good-paying deliveries because they are closed earlier than the 3 am posted. If you want taco bell in the am hours this is not where you want to go. You can count on them as much as you could count on a jacket made of newspaper to protect you in a hurricane.

We went there tonight and while there were workers in there no one went to the drive through. We saw them twice all the way in the back as if they were hiding. Another car also pulled up shortly after us waiting a long time as well, 10- 15 minutes, and we could see 2-3 workers in there. Absolutely unbelievable, if they were unable to do the work because of a malfunction they could’ve stood by the window or put a sign up but it’s not okay to just ignore the customers because they don’t want to work. I have never had anything like this happen to me, unacceptable.

The manager sent me to a kiosk to order because I was using a credit card. The machine was down and I informed her. She was snippy. I told her that she sent me to the machine. She lost her mind and yelled at me to stop yelling. I was absolutely not. She was nasty and the shirt is that I was leaving and she said get out. The doors were all locked with 6 or 7 customers insidr so I could not leave. I filed the appropriate complaints and am now contacting an attorney....

The people working at night are complete idiots and are incompetent. Why would you close at 10pm on a Saturday when online and posted at the door that you are open till 4am. They were able to help all of the cars in front of me and then told me no we are closed and started laughing. Every time I come to this Taco Bell I am constantly let down with the quality of products and poor customer service. I hope this location gets shut down or they go under new management and fire all existing “workers”.

It’s weird the night crew closes whenever they feel like. You’ll pull up to the drive thru and get no response after calling out multiple times. If you’re closed, fine, just speak up and say so. I understand the younger generation working there may be shy, but I’d rather you tell me it’s closed then just ignore me and several other cars that pull up and wait forever.

I'm Uber driver picking up a order for a customer one of lady was asking for the drink for the order then another lady came over as if she was lying about the drink. Mind you I haven't said a word. So she give me a drink knowing it was large and give me small. So I just took the L because I knew if I had said something she was going to say something smart to me. I know that she was trying to make me look bad to the customer. These are things I shouldn't have to deal with when I wasn't rude or disrespectful to anyone. Just trying to do my job that's it. Poorly customer service.

Obligatory if I could give zero Stars I would. I just went there and I know it's like 2:30 in the morning and maybe nobody wants to be there, and I totally understand. But I pull to the window and they tell me they can only make tacos and burritos. Which is fine cuz I want a burrito. I ordered a chicken burrito and I got to tell you, this is the worst burrito I have ever had in my life. From Taco bell. That should tell you something. There was no meat, and it was literally just sour cream (the spicy overly seasoned sour cream) and lettuce with bits of what might have been tortilla chip. I had a week, working 60 hours plus dooordashing to cover bills, the kids are all acting up in school and their teachers call me on my lunch break, so I don't even get that to myself. I'm coming down from a sinus infection and all I wanted was a burrito. Just a burrito. And y'all said y'all had burritos. Honestly I'm insulted. Don't be open till 3:00 a.m. and make me feel weird for wanting a burrito at 2:30 in the morning. If someone is at taco bell at 2am and they're not completely wasted, they're probably going through it. Have some decency. Smdh
