Applebee's

Great location. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu and even offered her personal opinions about what she orders here. Food came out promptly and was correctly made. Our only hiccup was that some other table played a game on their tablet device and it was trying to place it on our bill. It was quickly removed. Always double check your bill.

waitress was great and manager was also great she took care of the issue we had with our food and the misunderstanding with waitress. We had to send back our steak three times to get it cooked right. The waitress was great and understanding and she got the manager and she took care of the issue. Great staff but need some help with the cooks just saying.

Starting out with waitress took our drink order. Brought the drinks mi us 2 smoothies that we were told they were being made. Took appetizers and order. Then went to 5 other tables taking drink orders, appetizers before entering one order. She didn't seem to know the items on the menu completely. Lady cleaning tables almost knocked us out of our booth seats. Moving the table behind us. Finding brought the child's smoothie after being asked about. Had to ask for snack plates for our cheese and chips for the 3 kids. Looked at me like I asked for something impossible when asked for plated for the kids chips and cheese sauce. Finally ended up asking the manager for small plates fir the kids chips and refill of our chips. Very slow service. When the food delivered the plates were hotter than the food. Fries cold. Had to wave the lady down to get refills on our drinks twice. Had forgotten why we quit coming and now we remembered. Wont be back for a long time. Warm in the place. Shame on management

Terrible, ordered car side pickup at 4:10 notified them I was here, came out at 4:30. 20 minutes late. Ordered a gallon of strawberry lemonade and it tasted old/dirty water. Also I ordered honey chicken Mac and cheese pasta. It was so bad and I just laughed and threw it out. It was legit nothing like the picture it was little kids chicken bites. Absolutely terrible. Applebees lost a costumer for sure. My order came out to 75$!! What a waste.

Terrible. Ordered a car side pickup. I was there before time. Expecting my order to be walked out to me like it was supposed to be. My boyfriend had to walk inside to get our order. Then had to walk back inside because she forgot our drink. The food was cold when we got it. We got two brownie bites, couldn’t bite into either one. Ice cream was melted before we even left the restaurant. I got chicken penne pasta and one side of my chicken was burnt. I also got a gallon of tea and the tea was old. 100% disappointed.
