Pizza Hut

I've been ordering here since we've moved into the area around 2020. Let's say out of the 15 times I've ordered, the experience has been bad twice. That's not bad at all. My pizza has been consistently fresh, and the delivery times good. I will say, and perhaps it's nothing on Pizza Hut, that when we order thin crust, we expect the same level of sauce that is on hand-tossed. Not sure if it's a corporate thing or a franchise rule. I know what to expect from this location and they come through.

Walked in at 11:45am to place an order. After waiting for 5 min the woman named Kiana came out from the back and asked if I was picking up. I said no I needed to place an order at which point she told me to go online to place the order. I told her no because I wanted to pay cash. She then told me I would have to wait to order because she was working on someone else’s pick up order. All of that time wasted she should have already put my order in. I waited for 10 min. Someone came in and was standing behind me. She looked around me and asked if they were picking up. She then left me AGAIN to go get the person behind me their order. The remaining time she took my order (which was just 1 meat lovers) she was completely rude. I will never visit this location again.

IT say will close at 12 am. But it is wrong. I arrived at 10 p.m. and the guys that were inside did not want to take the order. Some minutes before, I tried to order online, when I finished to take the order, the web told me to go in person. I went, and nothing. But the good new is MOD PIZZA is near to this place, and the guys that work at MOD are really good working. MOD workers given me 4 greats Pizzas.

they did not have black olives. they said they were out. there was no extra sauce on the pie that I asked for and there were no green bell peppers on the pie which I wanted extra of those. there were no mushrooms that I asked for extra of those too. every time I come here they have fowled up the order in one way or another and we would like a replacement pizza the way we order it. Not the way they want to make it, as a paying customer I expect to get what I want
