Perfect customer service! They got my order completely correct with little to no wait at all. This isn’t the closest Taco Bell to where I live but I drive the extra minutes for this one!

Well, I hope the person that got my mobile order was at least able to enjoy it a little. Their order wasn’t my favorite, but it was still decent. Of course I made out better than they did because I couldn’t even finish it just now. It’s kind of a waste because I’m not so sure this chicken chalupa will microwave right later on.

This Taco Bell is just as horrible as the one on Custer and Virginia in Mckinney. I ordered a chalupa and I got it like this… (view picture) I’d recommend they burn this place down and get another business started.

Be ready to wait in the drive thru for at least 40 minutes when it was not too busy… and get your order wrong. I worked in the service industry so I understand and try to be understanding but this was way too excessive and shouldn’t of happened.. idk why but if I didn’t order online I would’ve got out of the line like the other 3 people did.

6:30PM. Horrible, No Service. no acknowledgment, none took my order. There was no sign on the door, they were open. I waited in front of the register for about 15 minutes - they could see me but choose not to - and why should they. Please save yourself the drama avoid Taco Bell - Yum Brands should use robots instead of what they are hiring today

I wanted the cravings box, that they still advertised at this store and got told they don't do any boxes anymore. Haven't heard of a taco bell that doesn't do these. Pretty disappointing.
