Just wanted to share how awesome this whataburger is. I called in early on July 4th for a big order of 75 chicken strips. These guys had my order ready within 30 minutes of me leaving my house and charged me no extra cost for Buffalo sauce. I love the staff at this specific location as I’ve been eating at this whataburger for over 5 years. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the staff with a smile on their face. Their super friendly and have a good sense of humor. Everyone there seems to love their job and that itself makes the food tastes even 10x better.

This location was amazing. You could tell they were short staffed but the lady taking my order was very polite and so was the guy that helped me at the drive thru window. My food tasted fresh and it was the best Whataburger I've had in a really long time. I'm not on that side of town often but I would drive that far for service that good and food that fresh.

Love Whataburger! The gal at the drive thru window was so upbeat and friendly. They didn't quite get the order correct. My grilled onions ended up on my wife's burger. Oh well, it was all nice a hot.

Always go to Whataburger and didn't get really good customer service. No napkin, no lemon that we ask for. Also one of meal we order was wrong

I’ve never been to Whataburger before and I walked up to the register and I told Asia (employee) and she “I gotch” and put in an order for me. She was genuinely interested in my experience which I wasn’t expecting. But as I was waiting for my food I watched Asia wear so many hats from the front to back in the kitchen, this girl deserved a raise Whataburger. Don’t sleep on an employee like this.

After having been treated poorly at the Whataburger location in the Colony - because I am accompanied by a service dog - my friends and I visited this McKinney location. We received excellent service and enjoyed our dining experience. We will be back!
Thank you one and all for treating me (and my service dog) with the same level of respect and courtesy that you offered to everyone else in the establishment. As a disabled person, I already feel self-conscious each time I go out in public. It is always a treat and a relief to be treated just like everyone else. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
