First time having what I would call fast food sushi. They have a great selection including the rolls, sashimi, and bowls. The rice is made with red beets and I found that an interesting spin. This is definitely way better than grocery store sushi, maybe even restaurant quality and great pricing. Worth checking out if you haven't been.

They are seriously delicious! Love ordering from them when I get the chance! They have a wide variety of sushi and the staff is great. Highly recommend it for a casual to date night venture.

I ordered a sushi burrito & it was good. Could have used a little more fish & less lettuce, but the flavor was there. I will definitely call ahead next time since it took 30 minutes for the one burrito & I was not able to wait inside due to restrictions (understandable). I could see they were very busy with takeout orders so I don't hold it against them.

I walked into this location tonight. There was nobody else in the store except me. I stood at the counter wanting to order for 7 minutes. During this 7 minutes there were 2 people making sushi behind the counter, and one lady at the cash register. The lady nor the 2 people making sushi did not acknowledged my presence. I asked the lady if I could order and she did not respond, she just looked at me and walked into the back checking on other orders. After 7 minutes I walked out of this place. I called this place after I got home and wanted to speak to a manager, I was told the manager does not speak English. Really not a good situation. I will not be back to this location. I felt discriminated against.

The worst service we have ever experienced. A very rude employee named Anna was trying to lecture us that waiting twice as long as the promised for our food to be ready is not a big deal and we were wrong to have the expectation that our food would be ready when promised. Horrible logic and bad service. There are other Sushi places near by that are better and that treat their customers with respect unlike Sushi Go McKinney.

The food is good if you can get.
Only received food from Grubhub twice out of five orders. One delivery person used foul language and I am still waiting on credits from non-delivery’s.
If I wasn’t disabled, I would go there for the food and avoid the aggravation of poor delivery.

I regularly order from this location. As a sushi fanatic I’ve had sushi at many restaurants in McKinney, Allen, Frisco, and Dallas. Sushi go is really top notch. The food is fresh, and the selection is great. The service is always on point.
If you feel like branching out from the usual, I recommend trying their udon. Everything I’ve eaten has been excellent, from sushi to sashimi to nigiri.
