This was our first time here. We wanted to try something new. The food was generous portion sizes. We were able to share one fry order with ease. We tried tenders and the mushroom Swiss burger. Definitely comfort food. It was very filling and we had leftovers. The only drawback for us was that when your food is ready you have to come pick it up and the tray was rather heavy so we would have appreciated having it brought out. However the customer service overall was very good otherwise.

These burgers are goooood! Real good! Everybody has a bad day... We ordered online a few days ago and the burgers were bland and over cooked... 😔
Not usually like that so we let them know and they comped us a free meal next time we were in. In pays to be nice!
These were delicious! Perfectly done medium burgers melted in your mouth! YUM!

Had their Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was by far the best chicken sandwich I've ever had (Nashville hot and regular). It had an amazing crunch to it without drying out the chicken in the slightest. The pickles and coleslaw were delicious and played off the heat really well. Fries were good but wish I ordered the onion rings instead. My friend ordered them and they were the biggest onion rings I've ever seen. He stated that they tasted as good as they looked.
Only negative thing I have about this place is that I live over an hour away and can't eat there more often

Had not been in years and definitely won’t go back with all the other burger choices around. I blame myself for not specifying cooking instructions but order taker should ask. Burger was medium rare. That’s a yuck for me. Paid an extra buck for sweet potato fries and got regular. Paid an extra $1.50 for extra mushrooms but didn’t receive them unless they normally provide one or two pieces. Was hungry and didn’t want to wait for corrections. For a place that wasn’t busy on a Saturday night at 7pm.. c’mon man. The fries were good (hot and crispy). That was the only positive.

We have always had a great experience here but our recent visit had multiple issues. I sent a review through their app letting them know and a few days later someone called to sincerely apologize for what happened and gave us a $25 gift card. We will definitely go back!

First time ever at this location, I went there this past Saturday for lunch with friends and I was more than pleased. Even though we went during lunch time the store looked very clean and customer service was outstanding, not to mention the lady in charge of giving us our food made sure everything was correct and fresh. I will definitely be coming back! Keep it up!

Wow! This place is legit! In town for the week and looking for something we hadn't had. We came across this place and from the time we walked in Rojasmade sure we knew we were somewhere special! Customer service was amazing. We asked for suggestions and he talked us through the menu with some humor and lots of knowledge. I settled in on the Buffalo Blue chicken sandwich and upgraded the fries to Cardiac Fries....Have Mercy look at the pictures they'll make your mouth water... we will be back!!!
