Why do I always have problems here? I made an online order, and the store shows that I made an order, but there’s nothing in it and no charges, even tho the app shows both. Got some attitude from staff even after I showed them my receipt with proper location, date, time, order, and that I had already paid. Got dead stares as if they couldn’t just go ahead and make my bowl? Finally, finally had to go thru the line and make my bowl the same and they still seemed confused.

Ordered to go — Forgotten Chips and Guacamole which we were charged for, soggy tacos, and the kids quesadilla didn’t have cheese in it. Not sure how they can care so little about an order just because it is placed via DoorDash.

Lady preparing my food on the line had her mask on her chin. Guy in the back handling food had it under his nose. Only person wearing it properly was the cashier..

I had a huge bug in my bowl. I was extremely disgusted and didn’t even eat the meal I paid for. When I called the store and told them about what happened they just apologized and told me to email a picture of the bug to the manager. I didn’t even get to speak to the manager. They mentioned nothing of reimbursement or anything.So, I called corporate to notify them and they said a reimbursement will be sent back to my card but still. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this Chipotle. They have terrible customer service and Managers are nowhere to be found when things get busy or there is an issue. Will not be going back.

Stopped here for lunch one afternoon on a Saturday.... waited in line for about 10 minutes just for them to say that they didn’t have any white rice.... the lady taking my order said white rice would be another 10 minutes and I was willing to wait. When I went to pay for my meals the lady at the register said the white rice wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. It was a busy day and the line was long so I don’t see why they wouldn’t have rice lined up ... but anyway.... just a bit of a disappointment really. The tables weren’t clean.... had to kind of do everything yourself.
Definitely need more staffing or training. Facility needs to be cleaned periodically as well.... no one wants to eat in a dirty setting.

The customer service and the communication plus food quality had gone down so much in just few years. I loved this location and now changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. The employees never listen to what I am ordering , messing up the order then keep telling at me to not ask them, then they put couple of onions, few pieces of chicken on a salad, the salad is so small. They charge a lot for this abuse. Tried calling manager and no answer on the number. Not coming back!

I ordered through the app. When I got home to eat my food it had salsa and pico de gallo. I'm highly allergic to tomatoes. Very dissatisfied.
