Every time I go to this DD the customer service is horrible. I typically mobile order as to receive my order as fast as possible. Each of my five mobile orders has taken an exuberant amount of time to complete in store. During the most recent mobile order I waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and served. Here is the kicker, there were customers who walked in after I had entered the building and were ordering at the counter then receiving their order before mine had been completed. I understand every business is understaffed. Most customers understand that as I do. My suggestion is to acknowledge mobile order customers and also apologize for any inconvenience during their wait. Although the customer service was bad, thank you for my drink! Have a great day!

Ordered an iced black coffee with coconut syrup and got a coffee with cream and sugar. When they remade my drink they used the same cup with clumped up sugar and cream caked onto the bottom on the cup to re make my drink. I did not get any coconut syrup. Disappointed in my experience. The staff was rude. When I've stopped here in the past it was always Inconsistent, however this is the first time I've ever got a wrong order and treated rudely.

The manager there who's name I do not know is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. He always is willing to correct any issue with true politeness. I've never once had a bad experience at the McKeesport store.

This location has been consistently terrible every time I’ve gone. Each time, there is a huge line, slow service, rude staff, forgotten items and watered down coffee. I’m actually drinking my cold brew from there now that tastes like they added 50% water to the batch. I would not be surprised if this is the staff policy to purposely water the coffee down because they’re too lazy to make more. As you can see in the picture below, the coffee looks like iced tea. A black cold brew is not supposed to be transparent. The only reason I continue to visit this location is because it is so close to my home. But after so many horrible experiences, I’m just going to start making the longer drive to the location on Route 30.

This Dunkin’ is normally pretty busy in the mornings, but I’ve never spent a long time in the drive through! Normally out in about 5 minutes tops, the staff are really nice, and the management is very accommodating when something isn’t available. I go here almost every morning! :)
