Awesome Italian food! Tried the Parmioli and it was delicious. My SO tried the lasagna (this was his 1st time here) and was pleasantly surprised. Their "plain" tomato sauce is so delicious!

Great Reuben sandwich. Average pizza. They need to offer a thin crust option. French fries and coffee were excellent. Service was superb. In the past, had tremendous spaghetti and fresh salad there. Good reputation for very good Italian food and fine service. Need to repair parking lot.

Food is always great! Last night I ordered take out. I had never ordered pork palena before last night and asked the young man on the phone if he would recommend it. He said it is really good so I ordered it. He was so right. It’s my new favorite! He was such a happy person to speak to also! He put a smile on my face just by simply ordering food. Tillie’s, your staff is amazing!

Tillie’s is a long-time favorite for tasty Italian food plus pizza and sandwiches. We had the Chicken Milanese which was very tasty. The Make Your Own Trio was also very good. Tillie’s sauce has great flavor, the house-made Balsamic Vinegar dressing is outstanding as well. Very good all the way around. Almost five stars…Try it, You’ll like it; I promise!

Nice local Italian that has been around for a long time. Sauces were excellent. Side Caesar was large. More family than romantic (large loud party in the back room where we were seated!) Certain pastas are homemade.

Very authentic and I was pleasantly surprised that this gem of a restaurant had been hidden to me in plain site for this many years. The flavor and freshness were phenomenal. Our hostess was extremely nice and found and alternate to my wife’s liking. She didn’t like the gnocchi but loved the mussels with angel hair. I created my son trio with lasagna, chicken Parmesan, and spaghetti.

We had a great time at this place! Really good food and wonderful friendly service. The place is very clean and has a good Italian menu...and the sauce! My cousins and uncle really enjoyed. I am from out of town and would recommend this restaurant...a fine little jewel in McKeesport!
