Delicious cheese enchiladas with mole. Probably the best I have had.
Salsa and guacamole were good , too.
Next time, I would pass on the rice and beans. They weren’t bad but weren’t anything special.

Tried it today. My husbands flautas were really yummy. I ordered a taco salad and was a bit disapointed. It had no flavor what so ever. Doesn't mean we are not coming back. Just going to try something different. My son's food (sorry can't remember the name) was yummy as well. Service very friendly.

Family owned and operated. The food is homemade and delicious. I love the dollar tacos on Monday because it is a quick bite to eat when I'm in a rush and the tacos are stuffed. Main Street Station is named such because it is located at the Journey train station. Grab your kids and swing by for good food and check out all the train stuff hung on the walls and such.

This is such a great restaurant! They have a taco special on Mondays, I don't know of a better end of a Monday than tacos!!! We also like the fajitas, probably their best dish, enchiladas, chili relleno, the mole sauce is delicious. The servers are nice and attentive. The only thing I think is missing is some music for the atmosphere. Its the inside of an old train station so my kids loved it when they were little too.

Service was average but the food was quite bland...not much flavor at all, other than the salsa (which was good). I think the chips came out of a bag since they weren't hot and were nothing special.
Apparently I have much higher standards with Mexican food than those that say it is good here.

Great Mexican food and awesome margaritas! Service is good and the place has a neat old time vibe to it, being an old converted Metra station. Enjoy and know your pocket book will be happy too!

Main Station was a relaxing and place to go after a stressful day. Being from our of town, we found that even the patrons were very nice and accepting to new comers. It's is a wonderful little town restaurant I will definitely return to when I come to visit my daughter.
