Horrible service. It took forever to place the order and they were rude. Then it took 20 minutes to get it... But couldn't leave because we'd already paid. And THEN the order was missing half the items. Which then took another 15 minutes to resolve. If our ordeal wasn't bad enough, the poor people surrounding us were having to yell their orders. At least 3 people gave up and drove off. Definitely do NOT go here.

Who ever is the owner of this business needs to contact me. I gave my credit card to the hopper and not only did I pay for my meal I paid for someone else's. And to even call this establishment is a joke. Your slandering Sonics good name by even being in business. Shame.. you get a big fat ZERO!

Got shot at while here busy overall pretty good food. The workers kinda rude but honestly that's part the experience most them too soft to say it to your face though. They just talk behind a screen. Will probably come back if someone pays to fix the bullet hole in my car overall I'd rate them a 6/10

Absolutely rude person on the mic. It's 2:17pm. I was rushed and shouted at by whomever was on the mic. First time I've ever been talked to like that here.

When you order a supersonic breakfast burrito it’s supposed to have potato tots on it and it didn’t and the bacon was half raw and greasy. So we had to carry them back and get a refund. Could not eat them.they don’t make super Sonic breakfast burritos like they used to. Now they just slap them together.

Love Sonic and eat there frequently. However, I am very disappointed they no longer offer gravy with the chicken tender meal. Hope they will return the gravy because what good is toast with no gravy for dipping?!
