Arrived 10 minutes before closing and people inside was putting up chairs and informed me that they were closed. Sad just sad. All i wanted to do was get my grand daughter sime ice cream

Terrible Service. Extremely rude and lazy staff. Tried to report to the manager but she didn’t care. Same experience in almost every visit. Never going back again.

Great selection of flavors. Like 31 easy. Great Staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They also agreed the mint chocolate chip tasted like toothpaste.

Was on a quick trip to visit family and as a tradition we always stop at Baskin- Robbins for a sweet treat before heading back to Baton Rouge. The ice cream was as fine as always but there was a problem with the lack of flavors available. They were out of all the top picks for us including plain vanilla and chocolate. I ended up ordering a waffle cone with a dip of snickers and a second dip of chocolate trilogy which is chocolate fudge, white and Swiss chocolate ice creams loaded with chocolate chips and caramel covered pretzels. Definitely two flavors I would not normally order but were available. The grand girls opted for the dolphin treat which is a cup of chosen ice cream covered in sprinkles. The cup has a dolphin head and inside the ice cream is a dolphin shaped tail cookie!! Looking forward to our next family visit and our traditional stop at BR hopefully with more flavors next time!

Nasty rude always out of flavors the freezers look like they never been cleaned out would rather go somewhere else. They be locking the door so early and hide where they think you cant see them. Bad customer service is terrible asked to speak to manager and they said she was too busy to talk but I seen her on the computer and phone NOT WORTH IT

After waiting 7 minutes in the drive thru line with no one ahead of me, I decided to go inside. The 2 workers would not attend to replace an empty container in order to serve me. I left the store without being helped.

Very friendly staff! I’ve been to this location a few times before and I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of the store but now that’s it’s under new management everything is so much cleaner, faster, and just all around a more friendly environment
