I am a regular customer who always has to order the most wierd coffee's and always asks for a extra cup of ice and a straw. Despite my request Jolly always greets me with the best customer service ever! This girl is awesome ❤️ And my coffee amazing! My everyday needs 🙂

Vivi helped us at the drive thru window, and she was so sweet, helpful, kind, and bubbly! I loved my drink, and will definitely be back because of her! She deserves all the praise in the world!
The workers here are really nice. I have never had any issues here, but feel like if I did they would fix it with zero fuss. It is a busy location and parking can be difficult sometimes.
The young lady at the register had excellent customer service skills. I didn't catch her name. Despite this location being absurdly busy for 1020am on a Thursday, she kept a smile, offered an apology and even a refund when I returned the new Toasted Vanilla Oat Espresso for tasting too much like a candle and asked for a plain coffee replacement. 👏🤜
Update: returned yesterday to pick up my mobile order. The app had not been updated and they were out of all the lunch sandwiches. The stick guy offered me a complimentary pasty for the inconvenience
