Jack In The Box

We've had some bad experiences at another local Jack. And stopped going altogether. Up until 3 Saturdays back. We stopped at this specific location and came across, I'm bad at spelling unique names. So I'll put "Yuri". She was the sweet thing ever!!! And this past Friday my mother and I encountered Reynaldo who just as sweet. And courteous. I don't know what's in the air at this Jack location. But keep up the good work. Our food was fresh, hot and still as delicious as I remember. I plan on making my eating trips here, moving forward. Thanks.

Quick bite, needed to get back to work. I was soo hungry I didn't have time to take a picture. I was pleasantly surprised with how they wrapped my spicy chicken sandwich. I like that they took the time to half wrap so I could grab and bite. There was no long wait at the drive thru on a Friday mid-day. Also, the two people that assisted me were very polite.

8-17-21 when I ordered a new tripple meat, tripple cheese BBQ bacon cheese burger i got 2 meat paddies. This wasn't the only problem. They offered the burger that came with onion rings. They stated they don't have onions available. I kept asking for e minutes would it be discounted if they didn't have the onions available. Finally after 3 minutes they said onion rings are available. Terrible service. Didnt asd the right amount of meats, couldn't answer questions. After pay they want people to move forward so they can get a good timer on their machine that I will voucher for, is incorrect. They want people moving off the line to fake their progress.
