Came from out of town. The line was almost to the street and we were still in and out with a car full of combos and drinks. We got our condiments, napkins, and great service. The Fantastic Food was the icing on the cake. I'll be eating here a few more times before I head back home. (The food was so good we're going to give the one near us a try when we get home. It's fairly new and we weren't sure if we wanted to give it a go.) Great Staff, Thank You So Much. Great first meal of our Holiday!

As an food columnist it is my job to review these unsafe fast food restaurants. Besides the roaches crawling around the kitchen, the food being disgusting, uncooked, cold, and not worth the cost, the average wait time is between 45-60 minutes for the line outside the drive thru. Don’t go to this place, it has been red flagged and it’s unsafe. Ordered a few items in the menu, and look at this mess. The size of the chickens are smaller than the buns. I guess they adapted the same policies as Jack In The Box.

This place is one of a kind! I am not from around the area and I heard that whataburger is one of the best. This is a first experience that I will never forget! I ordered the Number 1 and I have to say it is one of the best burgers ever. The bun was warm and soft, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the bacon I added was cooked to a nice crisp. There was excellent service coming from the workers there. If you are lucky enough to get Catherine to place your order, then you will have a great experience. Catherine, if you or your managers see this, you deserve a raise!

Ordered through the drive thru. My drive back to my office is only 2 minutes. The bun was tough and dry and the burger wasn't even warm. It tasted like a burger that had been under a warmer since yesterday. One would think they would take more pride in the food they serve.

Drive through took 50 minutes. Food was EXTREMELY COLD, Fries were very burnt. Lobby wasn't open and didn't let us inside to use the restroom, which was an emergency after waiting an hour with only 6 cars ahead of us. Employees were nice.

I went during my lunch time. It was busy, but I didn't wait too long.Someone took my order outside in drive thru, but it was quick. The only thing is that they messed up on my order which I ordered a #5 and got something else (see picture). However when I called the Manager she was able to assist me. Due to me going during my lunch she said I could go back with the receipt to get the order I had originally requested. I still haven't gone back, but I will post how it goes.
