It was extremely slow service and their drinks are horribly made. The vanilla cream cold brew has no cream in it and our frappes were basically liquid. One of these worst Starbucks I've had in the valley. They had no medium cups and gave the wrong lid for the cold brew.

Ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew ! I went back to ask for sweet Cream and Manager said that was an additional charge for extra “ I paid for sweet cream and none was added “ I’m aware of the extra cost and if they WOULD HAVE NOT MESSED UP MY DRINK ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR SWEET CREAM !

The service was fast and awesome. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The quality was your standard Starbucks. Sometimes really good sometimes okay.
Not a lot of seating inside but they do have outdoor seating.

Great coffee, great service, and consistently good across the board. My only complaint is the location. It is central to town and popular stores in the area, but the traffic can be atrocious during busy traffic times of the day. So be careful stopping if you are in a real hurry.

A student brought me treats to tutoring. The coffee was still hot and all was delicious! Yummy! I am a blessed teacher for sure!

Had a problem with my drink, manager was able to fix it very quickly. Gave me a new drink again, good customer service ☺️

⚠️ SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN MCALLEN. The people are *super* nice, but it is always at least a 5 minute wait. Don’t be fooled, even when you get to the window they make you pull ahead and wait.

I'm a LYFT driver and stop here frequently to order a drink and wait for a ride request. Love the staff here, hands down my fav Starbucks in the RGV.
