The food is okay, the fries are fresh, the soda is refill so you can go cray cray, the prices are regular.

Good service, good food. But, they pre-fry the French fries and leave them standing under the heat lamp. And when you request fresh and hot french fries they'll just dump the already stale french fries in the basket and reheat them and serve them as if they're fresh. Bummer!

Funny story, we order 2 #4 combos and when we receive our order I said burgers look too thin 🤔 when I checked 😜 they forgot to put the meat and the cheese 🧀 😂😂

Food was cold. Burger, fries everything cold. Went through drive thru, was only a block away from final destination. Very disappointed only had 15 minutes for lunch so couldn't return to whataburger. Fries tasted as if they had been sitting there since the morning, burger bun was not even heated tasted like it was straight out the bag

If you're in a hurry don't come to this location, and definitely do not do curbside. Placed my order from work, the plan was to go and come back to work. I waited 5 mins for my order from the time that I notified the app what parking spot I was in. I got tired of waiting and went inside. Got my order and left. Pulled into work, opened my bag, no fries. Had to go back.

I tried their breakfast today, and it was great. I really like this place. Their menú options are good. The biscuit and gravy was tasty. The pancakes were better than what I have tried elsewhere.

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Absolutely disgusting. The chicken was mangled and ice cold. The lettuce was piled on with chunks of the root. There was three grape size tomatoes and about 15 slivers of grated cheese. Absolutely the worst salad I’ve ever been served at Whataburger. They should close down the whole restaurant when they can’t even serve a decent salad.

I’m don’t like ordering from WB dude standing at drive thru speaker. I don’t like not getting a receipt and waiting 5 minutes for one. I don’t like my order being wrong 6/10 times. And finally, I don’t like my burger to look like it was sat on. All of which happened tonight. Never again.
I know it’s these kids first job, so the fault is mostly the way they were TRAINED. Whoever trained them needs to get more serious about it.
