Mcdonald's

We have been to this location a few times. The first couple of times, everything was great. However, the last 3 times have gotten progressively worse. Tonight, our family of 5 went in to the dining area. We were ordering through their app, to use coupons. We were there for probably 4 or 5 minutes, and the cashier cones up and asks us, "What is going on here?" Ummm... we're ordering on the app to use the deals. He walks away, clearly annoyed with us. We order our food. A little while later, a much nicer employee asks if we ordered online. We say yes, he says oh sorry, your food's been sitting here. We thought someone ordered it from outside. The other guy clearly knew it was ours, and we were the only people in the restaurant, and clicked on "in restaurant" for pickup choice. We had 2 separate orders, so the second one was actually hot, but only included 1 out of 5 of our meals. I then asked for new cups for refills (per their sign), and he practically threw them at me. The only reason I am giving 2 stars, is the one employee was helpful. I will likely not come back to this location.
