Get away from NY-394 and explore some other restaurants in Chautauqua County...like this one ! Good food, good coffee. Old general store with indoor and outdoor seating. I like sitting on the front porch and watching the world go by. Be aware: open seasonally, closing in the fall and opening in the spring. Call for exact dates--varies from year-to-year.

The pancakes with pecans were wonderful! The Greek omelet with kielbasa - also excellent.
You want a great bfast Sammie? You can't get better than the "Cali" with slices of avo, or the "4-corners" -- both with meaty bacon on an English muffin.
Okay, 3 *s on "service" only because coffee refills were not offered & flatware was not provided - so we asked - and they provided.
We loved the antiques, books, and games that line the walls with interest - for your conversation lulls.

Great breakfast spot! Everything is made fresh and has great flavor. Coffee is their own blend and goes perfectly with everything served. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very local and makes you feel at home. They also have a great event space downstairs in the basement of the building.
