We love breakfast and was very happy once again. Was hot fast and reasonably priced. Wish I could use my rewards app. Have so many points but employees and manager said they don't know how to use the app either. Lol

This Burger King (Maumee Ohio) Location is one of the best for service. Fast, always Hot and Fresh. Orders are always accurate and the staff is very friendly!. Highly recommend if looking for a quick bite to eat in the Maumee Area.

Just really rude service all the way from the speaker to the window i’ve said it before and I’ll say it again if you hate your job go get a new one don’t take it out on the customer and to whoever owns this store You need to hire new managers and fire the old ones for allowing the employees to act this way to the people Who bring you business

The wait was kinda long, but I know they are short staffed. So that is fine. But they gave me the wrong sandwich. I didn't call or anything. Just ate what they gave me.

Best fast food restaurant around they have amazing Oreo chocolate shakes and burgers and fries I would totally recommend this place if anyone is looking for a bite to eat

The gentleman that was working the drive through should be training to be a MGR if he isn’t already. He provided that chick fil a quality of service. If I ran a business I would’ve offered him a job on the spot. Ethan may be his name.

Drive through only, the young woman who took our order was very nice. When we received our order and started driving away, I dove for the onion rings… none there. We turned around and I went to the window and told them. Got my onion rings, they were lukewarm!! So we got home and I received a regulat chicken sandwich, but I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich. Order no 53. I am so disappointed. You only have the window open, not even the dining area. How hard can it be?

Stay away unless you have 45 minutes to kill just going thru drive thru. They either need to close all together or get their shot together.....worst customer service ever.
