This is a great option for those nights you don’t want to cook, which is 6 out of 7 days a week, never had any issues here, I like using the app at times and just go in, punch in your number and out ya go. We decided to try the Batman calzone/ pizza it was good, I wish they had an option for crazy crust on the app but I haven’t found it, still waiting for LC to have vegan cheese options as we don’t like eating regular so this is a once a month option at most.

Don't give out pagers and ask people to wait and then NOT ACTIVATE THE PAGER. Once I finally got in line to pick up my pizza IT WAS DRY!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Oh and just to clarify the pager never went off!!!!! Twenty minutes after I was told my pizza would be ready (7:41 pm) I looked up and realized the pager never went off. 45 minutes after I placed my order online. I am sitting in line. One elderly man got out of his car and walked up to the drive-thru and got his order. I guess his pager did not go off either. It is now 7:56.

They do not pick up the phone to take an order. I went by to order a thin and crispy and the girl at the window was rude and said l, “we are only doing pepperoni “… I took the pizza, it was disgusting. It was all soggy and the crust was uneven. Thin in some places and thick and practically raw in other places.

Ordered on line for delivery, the most expensive pizza was not delivered. Tried to call the store, multiple times and there are only 2 options (store hours or place an order). Clicked option 2- place an order to try to get a live person. Rang 15 times then recording saying no one could take the call and the line disconnected. Called the customer service number on my receipt, they did process a refund but were "unable" to set up a re-delivery. Unable to drive with broken foot or I would have gone to the store myself. Hate that this company uses door dash, they do a contact less delivery so there is less chance to actually check the order before the delivery driver leaves.

Horrible experience came in ordered cheese bread fresh just printed out label that said Lobby and still gave me bread that had been sitting after I said I could wait told me 15 mins bread was ready in 4mins customer service sucks here a lot of young kids not trained no name tags nothing…..pass right by this place go to woodruff rd location they are for the customers!!!!
