So their spicy salsa is alright in heat. Like maybe 1/8 of a mid jalapeno. But, you can ask for salsa verde which is actually a mid jalapeno in terms of heat.
They also make their chips crispy, so that's a big W in my books. Beside that, the food was your standard affair. It's basically what you could expect from most Mexican places. During lunch time Monday-Friday, they have $1.50 9oz margs so you can go crazy. The service at this place is great too. Tbh they'd be 4 stars with that service, chips, and salsa but that's what edges them out for me vs. their Mexican restaurant contemporaries.

Pretty good Mexican place. They get a couple of stars just for having eggs (huevos a la mexicana) on the lunch menu. The salsa verde (you have to ask for it) is really good, the salsa that they bring with chips is just ok. Service was good, no complaints really. Nice place, I’ll come back

This place is very good. I usually just get a quesadilla or two, but they are really good, and the little bit I've tried of their other food from my family and friends has always been really good. Customer service here is really good, and prices aren't too bad. Also, they have free chips which are glorious. I would definitely recommend it.

Great service, fresh food, great taste . A bit salty, (people can always add salt to their preference) so we suggest adding less salt to your food, specially the beans.
Also, The place could be cleaner ( the floors). They clean the tables when guest leave, but not the floor below and around the tables.
I would go back

Average tex mex.
No ability to substitute pork for chicken in menu items.
Makes me wonder if no chef on site. Dunno.
I will say there are a lot of people there with what looked to be better than what we were having.
I doubt we will return.

Pretty good Mexican joint. Had both a burrito and an enchilada along with a huge cold beer.
Was not disappointed. Will try them again.

Friendly and efficient servers! Tasty and generous plates. Choose from veggie, beef, pork, and seafood entrees. Try sauteed fish filets with rice and sour cream ensalada!

It was a tale of two halves at this restaurant. Let's start with the good: The food was WONDERFUL. I got the combo burrito plate, and it was fresh and tasty. My coworkers felt the same about theirs. However, the service was utterly atrocious. Nobody else was in the restaurant at 8 pm (they close at 10), yet it took us over 10 minutes to get chips and 15 before our waiter came to the table. Once we got our food, we never saw him again until it was time to pay, and the manager at the register had to go into the back of the restaurant and yell for him to come back out and give us the check. If they don't care about their customers, how do they expect people to want to return? I have to raise an eyebrow at some of these "5-star" reviews; sounds way too different from what we experienced. This is based on a dining experience from November.
