Dino's Clock

We arrived at Dino’s and my husband’s blood sugar was dropping I explained to the waitress the situation and asked for 3 ounces of Pepsi immediately and we would order our drinks when she was available to obtain our order. We went to pay and she not only charged us for our beverages but also a medium Pepsi. I questioned her and she said I only asked for 3 ounces she would not remove the charge. I asked for the manager and he came out and asked her why I wanted to see a manager. Obviously she told him and he turned and went back to the cooking area. He never acknowledged me. I understand the present situation the restaurants are experiencing. However it cost nothing for good customer service. Most people tip more for good customer service. As we were checking out I told our waitress since you never refilled my husband’s drink can you refilled his Diet Pepsi? Maybe it was a coincident but she gave him regular Pepsi I will not be returning and I hope they improve their extreme disrespectful customer service so their restaurant can be maintained.

I stopped in just before noon. NOT disappointed. This was some of the best food I've had since moving to Greenville over a year ago. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender, fried okra was light and crispy, not a bit greasy, and I even found a few tiny lumps in the mashed potato, which means they were real, not reconstituted flakes. Will be returning, happily. Thank you for a very pleasant dinner.

I'll admit, I don't go to Dino's every week but I do go there frequently. I have never had a bad meal and the prices are as good as or better than most sit down restaurants. Their menu is almost overwhelming with all choices you have. Like many restaurants, they are sometimes understaffed and the service can be a little slow during busy hours. So if you want a good meal at a good price then I'd suggest Dino's of Mauldin.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it will definitely be my last. I never experienced such horrible and unprofessional customers. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with a side of ranch dressing. It ranch dressing didn't taste right and I told the waitress I didn't like my food( I told one bite) and she insisted the manager said I still have to pay the full price. After speaking with him it said the dressing is home made and nothing was wrong with it. The audacity of this manager trying to make it seem like I ate the entire salad. I will never return here. After going back and forth he finally agreed to take the sald off the bill. The lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous and the manager definitely had an attitude when corrected him about the food.
