Captain D's

Was disappointed that the gumbo didn't have okra in it. Customer service is always good. Google Maps isn't letting me submit an update. I stopped by on 12-29-21 & ordered cheesecake with my dinner. The pictures do no justice, but the cheesecake was still frozen. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.)

Went there today for lunch to get a family pack. Dining room was closed, so went into drive through. The ladies were awesome, and we got our favorite fish for waiting for a bit (which is expected). Thanks for the excellent food and making this girl happy! The was today Feb. 19 around 1pm. I have started to make a habit of providing feedback when deserved. Thanks again!

Ughh. I love the restaurant but this particular location COULD NOT be slower. Also wh is only the drive through open? (Please don’t say COVID lol) 80 degrees out and I’m on a motorcycle. Drive through only though. This place does not offer curbside, there’s no app, no outdoor seating…bankruptcy imminent?

i have been eating at this location for years and the batter dipped fish and the shrimp has always been good but the sides have gotten worse recently...the fries are always cold and taste like they have been sitting around for awhile and they should take the country style fish off the menu because they are just thin fish strips and you have to beg for extra tarter sauce no matter how much fish you get they always try to give you as few as possible.......I really do not eat here often anymore only like 2/3 times a year if that.

We stopped going here pre Covid because every time we went the food was never good. Overcooked, things left off your plate, etc. Management was terrible at this location. We held our breath and decided to try it again. Apparently with new management, everything was perfect! The hush puppies were so fresh and hot and tasted like they are supposed to. The fish was perfect also. Ohmigosh! It was like the old Captain D's had been resurrected! Thank you, Jesus!
