DIDN'T EVEN GET OUR WAITRESS NAME BUT SHE WAS DEF INCREDIBLE.. SHE DEF MADE SURE TO BE ATTENTIVE AND MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF THAT I DIDN'T RETRIEVE HER NAME BUT WE WILL DEF BE COMING BACK TO SEE HER. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS PHONOMENAL AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING GREAT JOB TEXAS ROADHOUSE 💜❤️😍💯

My husband and I ate at this Texas Roadhouse last weekend on a whim. The restaurant was pretty busy for late afternoon, but we were seated right away. They follow all the COVID guidelines and the check-in process is actually pretty cool. Our waitress, Angela, showed right up and had our drinks to us so fast. We ordered and our salads were out in about 5 minutes. Our entrees showed up right as we finished our salads...perfect timing! Angela was friendly and gave excellent service and we also witnessed a lot of great teamwork as well. We spoke to the manager, Molly, and told her how impressed we were with everything, including their COVID protocols. This Texas Roadhouse in Matthews has great management, awesome service, and excellent food. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been here twice now, and my experiences have been fantastic both times! The appetizers are to die for. I’ve gotten the fried pickles, the mozzarella twists, and their onion ring thing that I can’t remember the name of. I dream of the fried pickles and the horseradish sauce that goes with them. Their onion rings tempt me in my daydreams! The staff is always so friendly and the environment they create for the guests is wonderful. It’s the perfect place to get great food for a great price. I can’t wait to eat here again!

I now like Texas Roadhouse better than Lonestar! I received the most tender, flavorful New York Strip I have ever had at a steakhouse! Food was great, service was awesome! Our waitress was Jackson (female) and she is the best! I will be going back ASAP! Oh I almost forgot.... those dinner rolls are freaking awesome!

Very accommodating staff. They were slammed during the Sunday afternoon rush, so my steak initially came back a little dry, BUT they were very kind in offering to completely give me a new steak (I didn’t ask!), which was incredible and cooked to perfection, they were even more than happy with me asking to cook it a second time just out of my own preference (but the redone one was already *really* juicy). Earned my business and respect, thank you!

Terrible service . I liked this restaurant a lot and decided to take my family here . I called ahead for a group table , I waited for 2 hours and when supposed to be sit I went to the door and the lady told me that it was possible to sit just 6 people and had to wait for 1 and half hour more to be able to sit the rest. If they weren’t able to sit that many people at least they should say it before saying yes for the waitlist . we could not have wasted 2 hours of our time waiting for a table that wasn’t going to be ready . No coming back !
