Burger King

I went into BK today, Friday at 6pm. The drive thru was packed. I waited 45 mins for my order from start to finish. My grandson wanted BK so I waited. It was not the workers fault. There was only 3 people working. One at the drive thru window who was upset because she had people complaining and was trying to do her best, one who took my order who was apologetic because they were out of all spicy sauce and the Hershey Sundae. I only ordered two chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce And a sundae pie! There was a third guy who was cooking , not complaining and working as hard as possible. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Three people running his business on a Friday night is unacceptable. He should drive down the street to McDonald’s to see how many workers they have! This business is going to end up closing because no one is going to come back!!!

This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I'm shocked they are still in business. The customer service is horrid!...rude, clueless, dirty, and mentally challenged are just some of the nouns I can come up with to describe the employees. Drive thru service is extremely slow, and the food is usually cold, stale, and just thrown into a bag without any consideration to the customer. I will no longer spend money at this Burger King, and I will be spreading the word to my friends, and family members.

I placed an order online as soon as I go to the drive-through speaker told him who I was picking up the order they immediately did tell me that they don’t have any Hershey pies Burger King is known for the Hershey pies how can you not stock a popular item then in my order I put four zesty sauces didn’t get one then when I got home which is five minutes away my food is cold Manager wasn’t wearing a mask drive-through girl wasn’t wearing the mask properly and the kid cooking wasn’t wearing a mask or a hairnet highly recommend no one go to this Burger King

Wasn't going to write a review. But drove up to BK. Big sign DINING ROOM OPEN outside. I get out of my car. . Get to front door. Its locked. Look like the manager inside on cell phone. Sees me trying to open doors. just yells from behind counter, of course i cant hear him. A worker is behind him smiling. Looking at me. So who knows what he actually said. Then motions to drive thru. Get my order. And of course they short me two orders of fries. Not the first time iv been shorted in my order from this BK. Last time.
