Ono Korean Bbq

The food is awesome but their customer service sucks. I walked in and the lady was on the phone...that is understandable but after some minutes on the phone, she hangs up, never acknowledged my presence and then start chatting with a co-worker/owner...was almost about to walkout when she finally said to me how can I help...

owner was there and spoke to us about her restaurant's history and a run down of her menu! it was an awesome experience and the food was well worth it's price. would say, as the price might scare customers away, definitely give it a shot regardless. the price = amount of delicious food! coming again with more friends!

Been ordering delivery almost weekly thru third party never a problem. My boyfriend is in the area so I called pick up instead. Same order as always. But this time for extra meat on my bulgogi entree I was told the upcharge would be $14. When I order on uber and request it in special instructions they add like $2. When I told her that she absolutely refused and basically called me a liar. I do not mind paying extra I thought $2 was a bit too low, but now $14‽ come on now. The entree is $18 and comes with 4 sides and rice, Why would a little extra meat be $14 extra? Forget that, with the attitude I got I lost my appetite. Thanks. Lost a very good customer. shame because food is pretty good.
